Swapping the filters would be a slight pain. However, in the video he talks about what normally he sees, and shows examples of screens where the oil was changed at correct intervals. They are not plugged, clear and clean.

I change oil in my vehicles when the odometers turn over another 5000 miles. Easy to remember when it's time- 40K, 45K, 50K etc.

I write the number of quarts needed somewhere underhood so I don't have to look it up.

Everything gets Supertech 5W-30 full syn oil so I only have one type of oil on hand.

I try to keep a stock of filters for each vehicle so I'm not having to go get one every time.
