If using Apple Maps, try disabling the "use precise location" and turning it back on while the iPhone is connected to SYNC. This seems to have worked with me. Every so often it throws off the location, but it re-corrects itself within a few seconds.Go to settings > maps > location - to find the use precise location toggle.Hope this helps!
