Cargo Box Lock To RSI Smart Cap

I placed a RSI Drop Rack onto the top of an RSI Smart Cap and I believe it is a fairly cool concept. See pics. Now I want to attach locking mechanism to a Pelican type cargo box and lock the box to the rack. Some companies make an attachment that locks but they look very cheap and can be easily defeated. Other than bolting the box directly to the rack, any ideas? Also, if I place a 10” high box on the rack, will the wind noise at freeway speed increase inside the cab even if the rack is installed on the cap and not the cab? Pelican boxes are not cheap
