While replacing my grill that was damaged....no idea how or when. I had to remove the upper rubber air dam covering the top of the radiators. I found that the top of my AC condenser had been slightly crushed. This would have had to be done by one of the service folks that have worked on my Raptor. Somebody put a knee there to support themselves and that is all it took. The wouldn't even be aware of it. Long and short of it. Don't kneel there or put any force. It will bend.

TBF, I don’t think any OEM has a requirement that the radiator be used to support body weight.

Just sayin’.
