Nope, it's the same parts going back in that already failed.  There will be no fix for this engine's timing issues.  Ford will move onto an entirely new engine/cam phaser design instead.  That's just SOP now.  The days of using the same basic engine design for 20 years and refining that engine as they go is over.   The new engines for the next F150 are already being tested.  They just don't have the resources to go back and re-engineer the existing engines failure areas- it's cheaper just to warranty the bad ones and move on.  Chances are one warranty repair will get them past the 5/60K warranty and then they don't care anymore.    


The guys without issues will tell you how great this engine is until the cows come home.  Even though it has no history of being a reliable design, and it's predecessor was not a reliable design either.
