There are currently attorneys exploring a class action law suit against Ford for the cam phaser issues. This is all about making sure that Ford designs a PERMANENT solution to this issue instead of patching it oover and over. The suggested alternative is extending the warranties of all impacted vehicles to cover this issue for the functional life of the vehicle. I’ve been exploring a lawsuit against the user repeatedly trolling here, most commonly known as sasquatch77. Admittedly, she has very few assets, but, it is possible to get a court order restricting access to certain internet resources. Yeah, yeah, I hear all of you now but, when she does use one of the not yet banned user ids here to troll we could petition the court to have them enforce the order.

Might be enough to drive the point home once and for all...
It doesn’t sound sexy like “class action” but wouldn’t it be awesome?
