I asked about this in a previous conversation and that was the general guidance.  I went as far as discussing with my locals, with a copy of the procedure to be sure we were talking about the same thing.  The 10R80 has been good for me, but they are hugely sensitive to fluid level and if the procedure isn’t done right, you get some odd behavior, harsh shifts, etc.
