Did a search and could not find anything on a Gen 1 with blower and emissions.

I did find CA DMV info, and I know on a new vehicle (less than 7500 miles) purchased out of state you have to have the CA Emission sticker to register, but any used vehicle (over 7500 miles) just needs to pass smog.

Does anyone here have first hand knowledge?

CARB compliance is paramount.
Check with your supercharger company and find out. Typically it has to have a CARB sticker on the added devices. Most SMOG places haven't a clue about CARB compliant devices or add-ons, they typically just refuse to test your vehicle if it appears there's non-OEM, non CARB stickered stuff on it.
If it actually is a ROUSH Raptor, then no worries, they already did the leg work for you, just get it checked at any SMOG place.

Yup Roush emblems and tags under hood and in door jam. Factory Roush sold new with supercharger.

there are a few stickers that we apply when installing a Roush SC kit.

Belt routing
CARB
91 octane

per smog, you simply need to find the CARB sticker.. Look under the hood or on top of the course support.

yep get the stickers and you're good. Otherwise they will fail you for anything non-OEM. I had a smog place fail me for nothing more than a catch can on my Challenger

I'll have to look to see what stickers are there. I know the factory emission sticker from FoMoCo says NOT for sale in CA.
This truck was built new at Roush for a Roush SVT Ford dealer, so I imagine all the correct CARB stickers are in place

CA is the craziest place anywhere, they outlaw a pistol based on nothing other than color, the same model and caliber in a different color is legal.
Figuring out the absolute fear CA has placed in the hearts of SMOG stores is amazing.
Stickers are everything, irregardless the fact that your modification may have actually improved the vehicle's emissions.
It's like the Coastal Commission here, they have instilled horror in the hearts of anyone attempting to build or remodel their homes within 10 miles of the CA coast.
Good lucK!
