Hey guys! I've crunched all the numbers and finally I'm ready to pull the trigger on a 2013 Raptor! Even saved enough to start modding (ADD front grill Recon light bar, wheels/tires, etc...

Anyways, I'm still shopping and ran across a dealer in Tomball that was advertizing one that stickered at $54,140 and had it epriced at $48,292. (I thought it was an error so I pdf the webpage for proof) Well all morning I was up waiting till 8:00am to call and check if it was still available and go get it BUT when I called they said it was sold. Of course..

I've had a few dealers offer me discounts off sticker but I'm looking for a dealer to invoice me one so the search continues. I've read on here theres several people had dealers invoice one to them. Plus they still have about $1500 holdback anyways so they are still making money.

Looking forward to getting started modding as soon as I find a deal so if anyone has a contact to talk to or point me in the right direction of a dealership that will do that please let me know.

Oh, I'm in Houston/Katy btw... :rockit:

I sent you a PM with contact info for Ryan Ford out in Sealy. I don't think they'll do invoice but they'll get close.

The issue is allocations. They only get so many. So if they sell all of them for invoice early in the year, then they lost out on some profits.

I got mine at invoice but it was literally the last day that you could order a 2011. In that situation, they sold another unit that would otherwise have gone wasted and probably helped get them additional allocation for the 2012 model year so there was more incentive to just do the deal. Truthfully, I would have paid a couple of hundred over invoice because all my other attempts at ordering from Houston dealers weren't anywhere in the ballpark. The next best quote I got was $1000 off of MSRP so I saved several thousand...

Got a few deals workin right now so getting closer.. Just waiting on the first one to give me the green light and I'll be riding in high cotton.. LOL

Your guy at Ryan Ford was definitely helpful and "might" even give me some good news tomorrow *fingers crossed

I can't wait to OFFICIALLY become a member but negotiating with several dealers is actually kind of fun.

Champion Ford in Katy took care of me. Salesman named Daniel. Wasn't invoice, but was the best deal I had found for a truck on the lot in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Corpus.

I did not try that Sealy dealer however.
