I wouldn't remove the blower. I added a Roush blower to my 2012 at 50K miles (around 94K now) and it's been mostly fine. The only issues I had were with the stock exhaust manifold and stock cat. I've since gone to a full exhaust. I did eventually do the oil gear when I added a few other goodies (smaller pulley, exhaust). I also recommend the larger throttle body if that hasn't been done.In short - I'd pay attention to the exhaust and the oil pump gear (if you have any way of knowing). I wouldn't really be too concerned that the blower was added afterwards. I'd also check out what size pulley it is running.
