Same boat here. Built 9/23 but on chip hold?

Also, dumb question but is Ford Chat through their website? Or is it a separate link that we need to follow. I called Ford Performance with the info but not very clear on chip hold or not.

They are useless though. I waited 38 minutes today and then got no response for 20min. Shut down the window and tried again, 32 minutes and the person finally said “your truck is on chip hold with no ETA”

Tear tag populated today Tuesday 11/8
Windows sticker still avail,
'Activate vehicle' (unavail) option active in fordpass today 11/8 too

Just tried to activate, I couldn't even get as far as you @NMFB. Told me I needed to take delivery first.

Weird. Mine now says "Activation Pending" and that it has to be completed from inside the truck.

So they apparently were sometimes activating the Lightnings and some guys were able to track.

It was shut down and apparently they were told not to according to the Lightning forum

ETA- contacted FP rather than the generic Ford chat. They claim that it was sent offsite 10/28 (blend 10/27) and ETA 11/21. Dealer, FP, and Ford CS all have different statuses, dates, and locations lol

hahaha sounds about right! The most difficult part in all of this is trying to get the timing right on selling my current truck, because I'm going to use those funds to throw down a large chunk on the Raptor... It's just getting comical at this point.

Just got this email, but im confirmed built and not on any holds and scheduled to ship in the next week. So confused now.
