Hmmmmmm Bad lot of aluminum from China maybe? The incorrect heat treat will kill strength. Looks ugly – bet those would give good grip on wood and ice though..

Could you attach them to the outside of your wheel and use them to shred peoples tires? Great way to get slow ass people out of the left lane!

Are Methods forged or cast?

If I remember correctly, Method street wheels are cast, the Race wheels are forged. Those shown in the first post look to be cast (brittle fracture).

I looked at their website and the only one they show as forged is one of the true bead-lock race models.
