Regular or Premium Fuel for the 6.2?
Hopefully this is the right location for this post. If not, apologies in advance.
Put simply, does the 6.2 (in a 2011) need premium (91 in California) to make its full power rating or do you get the full monty with regular (87 in California)?
I ask because I have heard various things on the subject. Most prevalent is that either fuel can be used, but the computer backs off the timing a bit if you're using 87, yielding a reduction in power to 401 hp, whereas you get the full 411 when you run 91. Conversely, most reviews I have seen publish the fuel requirement as "regular unleaded."
