Best bang for my buck front bumper with a winch & light bar?

Looking for a good a good front bumper with a winch and a light bar for a reasonable price. I have my eye on the ADD Stealth Bumper which I have found for about $2100. I have no clue if that is a cheap/fair/expensive price. Just trying to get someone's insight that actually knows what they're talking about!!

It's everything combined that gets you. My add race series r should be here any day now and I'm well over $4k for everything right now (bumper, lights, winch, line x).

What about mounting the winch behind the stock bumper and mounting a light bar behind the grille? That is what I was considering and it would be your cheapest option.
