After a bunch of research i decided on the BedRug, BakFlip VP and DuHa Humpstor for my truck.

I went with the BedRug because all the reviews were very positive. I rarely haul dirt/mulch etc, so i wasn't as worried if it might not be as good for that. I was more after the appearance and quality, and it is VERY comfortable to be in the bed. Since i spent a bunch of time in there installing the Humpstor and the VP tonneau cover.

I chose the BakFlip VP, because it was the best balance of what i wanted and looked the best. It's low-profile, nearly flush with the bed caps. It's very water proof with the vinyl cover. I didn't want to see any hinges or seams, that was a deal breaker for me for a lot of the covers.

I needed some place to put my tie downs and tow straps etc. In my Honda Ridgeline i had a HUGE underbed storage where i put all of that. I didn't have that with the Raptor and i did not want any of it in the cab. So the Humpstor was the best option. The Swingcase was too small from the pics and dimensions. Also the Humpstor didn't make me sacrifice any bed floor space.

Yeah, it liked it much better than the swingcase, the dimensions seemed more usable than the swingcase.

To be honest, the Ridgeline was a FANTASTIC vehicle. If you can get past the fact it's not a Ford/Chevy/Dodge "truck". The engineering behind it was incredible, more cubbies and storage than the F150. The underbed storage was huge and incredibly useful. Fuel economy was great. Towing capacity was only 5000lbs, so unless that was a issue, it was great. It also had a full set of lower and upper tie downs, the bed was a composite material and one of the best drainage systems I've ever seen. 4 wheel independent suspension, rode like a car.

It was fine, i just tend to change vehicles every 2 years and I just always liked the raptor, so i bought one.

Used to have a LoPro QT on my Ranger, it was fine, but i really liked the Bakflip concept, the VP looks great and smooth, i can't stand the hinges on the other BakFlip covers. I know some people don't like the vinyl, but i'd take that over the hinges shown any day.

I really like the hard panels, so when my tailgate is locked, i essentially have a huge trunk, which is lined with "carpet" from the BedRug.
