Bed tie downs?

Anyone know how hard it would be to install some basic bed or cargo tie downs? My ole Harley had some and they can in real handy. So I'm thinking about installing some on the Raptor to help tie down some crap on trips. Also, I'm not sure if it matters but the bed has been rhino lined (about like LineX).

Extang makes some tie-down cleats that might work.

If ur lookin for locking tie downs to replace existing bed tie downs master lock has some nice ones that I installed front n back to lock mt bikes.
