Bed step and Applique Delete Tailgate Retrofit Gen2 Raptor

Has anyone retrofitted a bed step/applique delete tailgate to their Gen2 Raptor?

I would like to do this project. A buddy of mine owns a body shop, he can get the tailgate and hardware at cost and paint it for me. I would do the installation myself.

It looks like the parts cost isn't too much, like $850 or so all-in for the parts and such.

How difficult is it to remove the tailgate with the torsion bar?

Super easy to remove the tailgate.

It's easy to remove. But the tailgate with the step is pretty heavy. You may need a hand?

Super easy to remove the tailgate.

Surprisingly did not see any videos for the current generation F-150s but they are probably the same.
