Bought a Builtright Bed Rack system over the holidays. The installation requires the removal/replacement of the tie-down bracket near the tailgate. My truck is a 2014 that has the factory Rhino Lining in the bed. That Rhino Lining covers the brackets/bolts mentioned. If I slice through the Rhino Lining to remove those brackets, is there a way to neatly repair the Rhino Lining once the brackets are back in place? Or have I just permanently ruined the integrity of the bed liner?
Same question regarding bed bolts. Bought some washers that add tie-down points to the bed bolts, but now realize the bed bolts are coated with Rhino Liner. If I slice through there and replace the stock washers, is there a way to apply a neat coat of bed liner to seal things back up?
All I can find is spray cans of Plasticote and similar products. Seems like a spray on product would look crappy.
All thoughts appreciated.
