Bed floor patch panel - source?

Hello

I've got 2011 SCAB and am starting to get some rust in the bed. Ok, a lot of rust and holes. I'm looking for a source for patch panels for the floor of the bed. The only thing I'm finding are dorman pieces for F-250/350s that don't match the pattern of my bed. Anyone done this type of repair before and if so where did you source the patch panels?

Wow, nothing like living in the rust belt of the mid-west! I've seen a lot on rocker rust, but this is the first on the bed floor. I would think that finding a front-end wrecked Raptor and buying the bed might be a way to go.
