I mean is it really that far fetched? There are a ton of Karens in this world, some of them are likely on this forum. If you can't believe that people are pissed at the FP guys because their build is delayed, then you have a pretty optimistic view of the world.

Like I said it is stupid to be mad at some hourly workers at FP for things they have no control--that's a given.

Karens also tend to be the people saying 'word on the street' lol.

FP should just not take calls anymore. When I spoke to them last week they were super nice.

Ford needs to have an online process so peeps can check their orders without bothering the FP guys.

We are living the consequences of instant gratification sources. Internet, 2 day shipping, 24/7 hours, and etc. Anyone remember the days of phone ordering and it taking 6-8 weeks to process? Patience is dead now.

Technically, you can contact FP using their online chat. I used it last week to get my build date.

It’s not an online tool that eliminates the need to contact someone but at least it allows the reps to handle multiple customers at once via chat Plus not have to listen to any yelling.
