Hi all, I have a MY24 35 raptor scheduled for build on 1/8 but the opportunity has come up to buy a MY23 37PP at a $1K discount.. what would you do? Have been going back and forth all weekend.. thought I'd get your opinions

$1255 price increase on the 24. Plus 1k of on the 23. Gives you a 37 package for a similar price to a 35. Easy peasey depending on what your preference is.

MY23 37PP has a bunch of other stuff on it (moonroof + tailgate, carbon fiber package, pro power, lockage storage, bedliner) - MSRP is $88965 (pre discount)
MY24 is $79975. Includes HUD, pro power. None of the others.

I had a '23 35" truck; ordered a '24 37" truck; opportunity knocked and I traded the '23 35 for a '23 37 while I wait on my 24. I have a problem...

so, it comes down to how much you want/need the tailgate step, which Ford should divorce from the moon roof, but won’t, pro power, etc. I see the dilemma now, particularly if you’re paying for stuff you just don’t want/need. For example, the moon roof, carbon fiber are lost on me. I simply don’t think any less of the truck for not having carbon fiber accents. A Ducati? Sure. Bling that bītch out in C/F. The moor roof adds weight, maintenance, creates another potential failure point.

If the extras aren’t really something you’ll use, don’t pay for them.
