suggest checking with jeep clubs in the area to ask about trails that are open before going up

not unusual to get a heavy snow early fall or late spring, be prepared

Half the fun is finding out for yourself :)
Jeepers would pass me going the other direction, that thing ain’t going to fit….watch me try ;)
You go as far as you can go…. Then turn around.
Besides conditions change constantly. That’s why I’ll always pre-run a trail in the desert that I’ve run a hundred times before, if I plan on running it hard/fast. This week the trail may have a New 3’ gap/ditch :)

I think the million-dollar highway has to be the most scenic and beautiful in the country. I love stopping overnight in Ouray and taking in the hot spring spas and getting a big fat steak. The first year that I went (didn't have my Raptor then) I mountain biked around Marble CO and the marble mine was closed, so cool to explore! The last time I went they were mining marble again so you couldn't get close to the mine, it spoiled some of the fun we had before.
