Had a great time yesterday meeting up with Kirk (raptor addict) and James (alternative offroad) who were smashing the Barstow terrain in the always well equipped Raptor Addict rig. After meeting up in the morning, we headed to Slash X for some tasty breakfast and quickly headed out to the dirt to get in some fun running before the triple digit heat set in. We ran through those trails like maniacs for a couple hours before finding a great little canyon to blast some targets and fruit. Fun time with great peeps make for a perfect day! Can't wait til next time...

A little gopro footage...nothing special:

Only 7,000 miles on these baby's. Word to the wise... if you run the Grabber 37's, don't expect them to last too long.

Hey Kirk, maybe one of these days they'll get your order right at Slash X! :ROFLJest:

Nice vid. Looks like you guys had a good time out there.

I take it that was your Benelli SuperNova Tactical's maiden voyage... How did you like it? Did those mods I recommended work out?

It was the maiden voyage and I absolutely love that shotty Bo! Great recommendations on the mods... Kirk has a vid of me blasting a watermelon with a slug from about 20-25 yards out. Felt like little kids out there.

Something about having pre-runners and guns in the desert together. They just go hand in hand so well. Glad you're pleased with the gun mods, lemme know when you're gonna do more (knowing you that will be soon) I have more tips based on my own trial and error with that gun.

Definitely a great time yesterday! Had some funny moments as well. For one, the watermelon vid, and the other funny moment was being way the hell out somewhere and Charlie only having a reading of 48 miles left on his fuel. We all know 48 miles means 10. Especially powering up hills to get to the station. Long story short, we made it to the gas station just in time.
It was great having James from Alternative Offroad out there with us. Swell guy! Found out he was my neighbor recently so we rolled out together. Small world.
Great times! Can't wait for the next run!
