Is it possible when installing the BD S2 pro fog lights, to have them both hooked to upfitter switches, and also set up to the normal fog switch and headlight dial.

So essentially, when high beams are on, you can turn on say Aux 2 and bypass the normal fog light high beam shut off for the affected fog light, so both will be on when high beams are on.

Yes. Wire it to a relay and wire the uplifter switch to power the relay.

So you can also achieve this with "bambi mode" enabled via Forscan. No need for any wiring changes. That will make it so that the outer one is still controlled by the fog light switch and the inner by aux 1. Now if you want them to both be wired together and when you press either switch they both come on, you could wire them to a relay triggered by either circuit as listed above, however I would recommend wiring in a diode on each trigger circuit to prevent stray voltage from causing errors in the (quite sensitive) computers.
