Anyone hearing creaking sounds

I have this weird creaking sound coming from the back of the truck when I’m driving with the windows down, or getting in and out my truck. I looked everywhere but can’t seem to pinpoint the issue. It’s more annoying than anything, doesn’t seem to affect truck. My truck only has 1500 miles, and my tundra has 182k and sound a lot my tundra lol. Any help would be great.

My leaf springs squeek periodically. Spray them down with penetrating oil and they quite down for a while.

My truck has creaked and clonked from the rear since day1. Never found the cause. I have even since changed the springs to deavers and the shocks to Fox 3.0 but still get it. I thought it might be the bed itself but I can grab the rear fenders and shake them around but nothing. I just turn the stereo up loader... Same thing truck seems to drive fine, so i will not worry about it until something breaks.
