Can you ping your PCM?

Hold stereo buttons 3+6 and then enter 163.124.11.1 into the screen that pops up, then hit "OK" on your steering wheel...report back.

Truck is at the dealer, there are several panels pulled to access wiring harnesses.
The nuts and bolts of this is.... This thing is under warranty and they gotta fix it....

Q: How long do I leave this..... If they can not get it working I need to make other arrangements. Lemon law is 30 days I think.

I posted this to see if anyone have a similar occurrence and what the outcome was. I have a the mercy of the ford dealer at this point. I'll post back when they have a solution
