Probably has a customer nope out of a deal when they heard that. I like Ford, but it seems their dealers are too cheap to hire competent people but still charge $200 a hour for labor.My local dealer had a handful of master techs retire around COVID. since then, meh. Service advisor is checked  out too.</blockquote>
