Hello all,

Just checking in as I will be taking delivery of my 2014 Tuxedo Black Screw in a couple of days.

Tough trucks to come by where I live and I managed to get a pretty good deal (I think) on an ex dealer demo. Fully loaded with 20000 km (12000 miles) for $55k.

It's getting mid-perch as I write this and I am planning CAI, custom trophy truck style exhaust (up through the bed and hard tonneau cover) SVC Tune, wheels & tires. Will post up pics as I go.

I was driving a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited MOAB Edition which was all done up with suspension, Mickey Thompson's, light bars etc...and was a decent vehicle...but I just missed the good old V8 too much.

I've been a "lurker" on here for a while and have been getting a lot of useful info from this forum...so thanks for that.

Looking forward to continuing on here and hopefully contributing as I go.

What CAI ate you looking at. The one on the truck is already the best one, imo. But there are a few that are off-road worthy.

I have been in touch with Jeff at SVC and just waiting for V3 to come out...will go with his recommendation on that...but he tends to lean towards a drop-in oiled filter for the stock unit.

Thanks for the input...the more the better.
