You can get a pretty nice gen 1 in your budget. If you want it loud go with a gen 1 for sure, the v6 will never make the noises the V8s do, the V8 will not get the fuel economy the V6 does.Loud color? Go molten orange, I think it was only available the first two years.If the truck has over 30k budget an extra $1000 or so to have the shocks rebuilt and do any other maintenance items.
