If it’s rare or not at the point is all subjective and pure speculation. No one knows! I’m planning for the future on it being that way. Started my quest for one back in February when it was announced. I’m 99% feeling like I won’t get one but I’m trying to position myself so if it’s rare we get one! Who knows.
