Just received my ADD Venom bumpers this week and installed today. ADD really did a great job of fabricating. Only had to widen one hole in the frame horn on the front and had to drill the 6 holes in the rear bigger. I installed by by myself and it really was no big issue. I set up a couple of 5 gallon buckets to set them on and test the fitment. Worked out pretty good. Just have a little patience with the tag lights and the spare tire key. Ordered the Rigid LED bar for the front and the two for the rear. ADD said the are on back order, so I went ahead and prewired for them. Damn Ford could have made it a little easier trying to connect the wires behind the glove compartment. My hands look like I was bitten by a pack of dogs. I don't understand why they just didn't send the complete wires to the engine bay.
Two questions I came across: What do I do with the dust guard in the front? There is nowhere to attach.
The plastic piece above the front bumper is a little unsecure now. Has everyone just left it like that or fabricated something to attach it to and make it more secure. I think I'm gonna fab something. Not real happy with it moving so much. Great Job ADD! Nothing but great things to say about every part of the process.

There is a new fiberglass lower valence being made by Glassworks. Sits nice and tight.

I'm glad to see pictures of the front without the rigid light I was worry that didn't look right.

Can you point out the place where it's loose? Did you use sone lock nuts or lock thread? I'm getting mine installed on the 26th

Congrats

The thin plastic piece above the bumper and below the grill is a little flimsy. It's where the hood latch is attached. The factory bumper was bolted to it, making it secure. The Venom is not. And yes, I did use locknuts and bumper is very secure. Install was very easy. I would give it a shot before paying someone. How much are they charging you?

And a huge thanks to Birdman for the video. It was very helpful.

Looks good. My favorite bumper. I would love to see pics of this bumper without the side panels.

I would take a shot install it my self but since I'm from Canada and got it ship to my work warehouse I will install them in the usa and pass the border with a fake bill with my oem part. Shop charge me 40$/h.
OK I know what you mean about the loose... When I meet Dawson @ Raptor Retrofit he show me that on his truck also. Do you think in a long period of time that will be a issue (loose)

If you're doing heavy offroading, it probably would be an issue. Just don't like the thought of my hood being held down at 80mph by the flimsy piece of plastic. I'll call ADD on Monday and see if they have something. Otherwise, I'll make something.

Let me know if you find a solution

Looks great! What are you going to do with your stock bumpers? Sell them on here?

It would be nice if someone could give FORD the feedback about extending the switch wires into the engine compartment.

Check out bStoner59's suggestion at glassworksunlimited.com Glassworks Unlimited 714-642-2587
"This bumper valance replaces your factory plastic cover, to allow for a clean look from our fenders to your steel bumper without having to have a custom bumper made. It will need to be either bolted on to your factory steel bumper, or bonded on with an adhesive agent."

Are you going to replace that "G" Georgia Bulldogs front tag with a Gators tag now? It would look great with your new front bumper.
