Okay, man I must be getting tired, old, or maybe just sober if I'm gonna try to be a voice of reason here...

Here's my take on it without having to fling too much shit around here. ADD has certainly had their share of ups and downs in the market place like many others that have come, gone and stayed here on FRF. Yes, they have some gen 2's to work on and be apart of, that's cool.

From my perspective though, you guys (ADD) are spamming the shit out of these gen 2 threads and quite frankly, I feel you should stick to your vendor section if you want to stop rubbing people the wrong way. There does appear to be a bit of arrogance which is apparent to me at least. I definitely commend your approach for taking the high road with some of the negative comments not only from today but recently as well.

I was one of your first customers just like back in the day so there's no ill will on my end toward you. The company has definitely built a strong following and seems to be doing well so that can at least attest to your business model.

Thank you for your past business & honesty. As far as all of our Gen 2 posting, a large majority of it is in response to questions members have had about the new trucks. We are happy to give any info/pics that we can. Again, we are offroad & raptor enthusiasts just like you guys. We dont mean to come across as arrogant. We do not own any 17 Raptors, they are pre-production trucks, owned by Ford. So of course there have been certain things we cannot disclose, but for the most part we are good to go. They havent told us hp/tq #s & stuff like that.

Apologize, I thought you wanted examples of why you were a POS company.

Change my mind?, ADD has done absolutely nothing to rectify that issue and now its been so long. The only thing a consumer can really do is spend their money elsewhere.

Glad to hear about the attempts to make things better, that is honestly refreshing to hear. Perhaps the words from others about the issue has been with the older ones. When did you make these changes?

Over the last yr & a half id say. If you want to stay in business, you have to learn from mistakes & continue to improve. For example, most of our rear bumpers used to have a weld on top plate. Its very hard for powder coat to get behind & under that top plate that is welded to a round tube. Its a very tight crevice. Most of our bumpers now have bolt on top plates, so we powder the tubular bumper & the top plate separately, then assemble. Rust issues are very few & far between now.

I'm sure you guys don't at all intend to and again, that's just my perception. Maybe it's only because you guys have all the chips, and us peasants are taking tid bits of your offerings and wanting more which understandably you're not at liberty to disclose.

There are a ton of brand loyal guys in here who have built not only relationships but friendships with some of the other vendors so that's why there's some backlash and a reason why I recommended posting more or less in your vendor section.
