Had my ADD Stealth bumper for a year and love it. Hit a deer last winter at 80mph on the way to a structure fire and bumper held up great no damage other than the ADD logo on the aluminum part got pushed in and messed up.

Was going to send the panel back to them to get replaced but because of shipping concerns decided to go a different route instead mainly because the powder coated panels hadn't fared the Canadian winters well.

Bought some 1/8 " black puckboard and went to work. Puckboard is made from plastic.

Removed the old panels from the truck and bolted them to a 4x8 sheet of puck board with the original holes. Then cut around the panels with a dremel and also cut out the holes on the side plate and winch slot.

Got everything bolted up with some new Allen head stainless bolts and washers.

Should hold up great to salt etc and look like new for many years. Let me know what ya think.

First pic is before.
