ADD Stealth Fighter Winch:any one figured out how to access the clutch?

Any ideas on how to access the Warn clutch lever with ADD Stealth Fight Winch bumper installed? In my opinion, this ADD bumper could have been designed better. It’s a pain removing the skid plate and accessing the winch.
