Has anyone ever taken 2 30" curved lightbars and put a short piece of all thread between them and made a 60" bar.
Would it work? Has it been done? Where could one get brackets?

I don't think this would work the way you think it will. To match the roofline, each of the bars would have to aimed at an angle off of centerline, their center would not be aimed straight ahead. For them to be aimed as intended, you would wind up with something like this:

Actually it would be more like this

Except the outer ones would be angled more out giving a spread like a curved one. I would use a narrow spot unit in the center and wider beam ones on the outsides

Note: I had to place the dots, otherwise it would always line up in a straight line.
