Good info Bryson. I just ordered the Roush cat back with black tips and will post audio clips when it's installed. I am hoping to have the tips in same location as stock tips.

thats what i am planning on doing but you are going to have your muffler shop put a bend an extension on the exhaust just so you know

I like the borla but decided to pay the fee to have ford racing logos. I put my order in and there is a back order until I think oct. 27 so who knows what gets in first. If the exhaust gets in first I may do a powder coat job...if not I will see how I feel about the polished tips for a while.

Why'd you pay the fee? You'll only see the logo once, then you'll install it and never look at the logo again.

Honestly I don't know. I couldn't help myself. I wanted ford racing on the tips? No good reason other than its what I wanted.

Yep they do and Ford tips look really good. When I get my truck I`m going to run Kooks system but probably cut off the tips and put the Ford racing ones. Most likely going to put the tips through the side of the bed.

I'm liking that FRPP setup. How much do the Borlas cost comparatively? I'm also a big FRPP fan. It's probably too early on that product to have any sound clips eh?

That one listed is the touring exhaust which is pretty quite.
I was looking into the Roush system but the warranty is only 3 years
Borla's is Million mile warranty.
Borla is a pretty quite exhaust until you wake it up. I prefer that.
$400 bucks more for a Ford logo is steep.

I found Summit racing has the Borla exhaust for $1013.00

I got the touring version hoping for no drone and being able to still use the phone with sync etc. the frpp system looks to be borla with a different logo so I hope sounds as good and lasts the same. 400 is steep for the logo but the way I look at it 50k is a lot for a truck too and I just want it...I guess I have problems....money just isn't one of them right now.
