I called Fox for a rebuild.  I was told they haven't done one yet so the prices weren't set.  The guesstimate was $135/shock and 3 weeks downtime.  I am assuming they will sell the parts so you can have a local guy do it.  Sending shocks to SoCal to sit for 3 weeks to then get shipped back doesn't work well for trucks that are daily drivers.
