TMX can configure the mounts to secure their badass Blackhawk bars in very effective locations - as seen here during extreme testing at the Texas Raptor Run.

Fresh install today. The light is under the F and the D which are the lowest points.

Any more questions let me know.

I have the blackhawk 40" behind the grill with zero complaints. It is bright and very impressive, especially for the price. I haven't noticed any lack in brightness compared to other brands 40" bar. I was worried about how much light output would be lost behind the grill, but I have no complaints. It was very easy to install with the TMX mounting brackets.

I have the M&R 40". Great light and no problems.

A few things I've done to the install to make it better.

I've replaced the factory plastic nylon nut with stainless steel hardware. I had one pull out while jumping at TRR.

I've locally trimmed the cooling fins so they were no longer in contact with the transmission cooling line.

I believe both of these items would make for a better installed light, regardless of which brand you go with.

Do you have the all spot configuraton or combo?

The Blackhawk lights from TMX are awesome. Seen them mounted up and in action, and they do great. I had the same experience as above and didn't notice the difference compared to the Rigid bars until TMX pointed out the cosmetic difference. Highly recommend!

I have one of the first BlackHawk lights, 20" Its mounted in my ADD Venom. Got the flood/spot combo. Tough as nails. Smashed it all up at Little Sahara and its been through one RR. No issues at all, waiting on some Dually lights right now.
