Not sure why the OP continues to deal with the same idiot dealership. Its like doing the exact thing over and over again and thinking you are going to get different results.

* Sometimes it is a matter of location and/or established history!

* I know if i changed dealerships it would not be cost effective because of the distance, etc.

Ugh, can't watch this thread any longer. That statement is going to go nowhere. OP is screwed if he thinks anything is going to change. OP, how far is the next closest dealer, that is your only hope.

There are 20 dealers within 50 miles of the Original poster, according to his signature. I own fleet, as well. Not quite as large, but I know that I have 5 different dealers vying for my business, and often get a couple of salesmen a week. At every dealer I have a contact that says, "we will do whatever we need to to get your business." If I had a fleet that large, I am certain I would start going through the list to see who was responsive, because that would be the dealer I would want to use the next time I bought a truck.
By the way, my philosophy is, "there are always going to be problems. What separates me from anyone else, is how I take care of them."

Ok I talked to TWO other dealers that are closer to me and BOTH said the same exact thing. Since it's a Roush Raptor and they are NOT Roush dealerships and the case has been opened with Ford and this dealer has done all the work since day 1...LEAVE IT THERE!!! They said only a fool would take it to another dealer AND START OVER.

AGAIN ITS NOT THE FN DEALER!!!! ITS THE FORD REP THAT COMES OUT THAT WILL ALLOW OR NOT ALLOW THE REPAIRS. I WANTED THEM TO REPLACE THE AIR LINES THE VERY FIRST TIME I TOOK IT IN. THEY DID A VACUUM TEST AND IT PASSED. THE REP SAID NO TO THE LINES. SAME FREAKIN REP IN MY AREA HAS ALL THE SAME DEALERSHIPS.

Go above the idiot Ford rep to his boss or take it somewhere else (non-Ford) shop who the hell knows what they are doing and get it fixed right. Then sue Ford for being idiots for the cost of fixing it since they won't. Might or might not win but at least your raptor is fixed. Or how is that buy back working out?
