2nd Gen upper arms vs 1st

Anybody know about 1st gen vs 2nd gen upper arms.

The Icon Sku for 1st gen is 98562DJ

The Icon Sku for a 2nd gen is also 98562DJ

So shouldn't a billet upper for a 2nd gen from RPG or SVC also fit a 1st gen?

OK the ACFT inspector strikes again

Their page is wrong, but searching google for part numbers changing numerically

1G Arm kit

But looking at the parts list the left and right arm are both the same part number. The 2g kit just includes a bracket for the live valve position sensor.
