2024 Raptor Transmission Kicking on Downshift

I am new to the world of Raptors. Barely have 3,000 miles on my 2024 802. I am noticing that from time to time, my transmission kicks hard on downshifting into lower gears. Is this something others are experiencing? Not sure if it is normal or time for me to have it looked at by Ford.

If you are in sport mode, expect all kinds of erratic shifting. I've been reliably told that this is expected in a ford. If you are experiencing this in normal mode, you may have to have the transmission re-flashed by the dealer assuming there is actually no major issues with the transmission itself and its not low on fluid.
