He got a buy back from Ford, he didn’t file suit. Manufacturers would be outright stupid to hold some kind of grudge on a customer that they fücked over, and then agreed to make it right. It’s one thing to screw up. All companies do. It’s another thing to not be able to fix it. Even GoPro knows not to try and keep customers when the screw up and they have possibly the worst customer service model on earth with their trusty:1) try a lower resolution2) reinstall firmware3) repeat4) close the case5) It’s still malfunctioning? Have you reinstalled the firmware?...there’s several more steps resulting in:Replace the unit.I’m glad they’re making it right but man, Ford... get with it.
