I placed an order for a 37" with pretty much every available option except for blue interior on 1/6 with my dealer and just got my confirmation email from Ford today! Next email according to Ford is the Scheduled for Production email.  How long did some of you wait in that stage? Confirmed -> Production date? My gut feeling is the truck will be ready around August for my birthday
