Because the gaps on the new plugs were all within tolerance of the “tuned” spec, and I didn’t want to touch the gap and risk damaging a plug just to have them all be the exact same. If one of the new plugs was way out, tighter or looser, I would have gapped it in. But with this small of a variance there is no difference.
