2019 Raptor Rear-Ended

You may want to check with a body shop on what constitutes enough reconstruction for the truck's title to be branded 'reconstructed'. In Oregon where I am, if you replace the frame it is required to be a branded title...you can still do it fine, etc., but with a branded title the value dumps, in many cases by 50% or more of pre-collision value.
I know it is tough to consider, especially since you won't be able to replace it easily or timely, but, it may be a bigger consequence to repair it.
It will only be considered repaired as long as the insurance doesn't total it and the owner doesn't buy it back and repair it. Putting a new frame under a vehicle does not diminish it's value, nor would the title be branded. It may show up on a car fax, which may as well be the kiss of death in some instances.

Most insurance companies won't consider a vehicle a total loss until repairs meet or exceed 65-75% of the vehicles value. I don't see this truck being a total loss.

Sorry for your misfortune. Fear that your biggest wait will be for parts, unless things have improved along the supply chain. I was rear-ended at a stop sign in the snow in my 2018 on 1/31/21 by a 2016 Corolla. Basically wouldn't even be able to tell by any pictures; bumper a little tweaked, rear sensor surround trim and bumper step pad gouged, and hitch ever-so-slightly barely tweaked. Only a $2600 repair bill. But took 9 months for the shop to get the parts. Biggest wait was for the hitch, delivery of which kept being delayed for months. Shop had the truck for 3 days, got it back 10/29/21.

So good luck with parts acquisition. I was lucky, my truck was 100% drivable. Offending Toyota probably not so much. Wonder if it was totaled? Bumper, trim, grill, headlights, radiator, hood, and two fenders, towed from the scene. And that was just the obvious visible damage. Slid under my truck and really crumpled. Really hope for you that the parts supply situation has drastically improved.

In PA that number can be 100% if the insurance company chooses.

That sucks - seems where the frame bent it is designed to do just that, a crumple zone maybe? Anway, glad everyone is okay. You will need to look into diminished value if the truck is repaired and that could be substantial. It could push the 'repair cost' over the price to total threshold. Also, I hope you are going straight through the at fault driver's insurance and not yours. Usually you have more leeway since you are seen as the 'victim' so to say. Anyway, good luck.

Some states a vehicle can be deemed a total loss for a full frame replacement. Texas is one, if I remember correctly and that may have changed. The salvage value is super high on these trucks which reduced the repair amount needed to make it more cost effective to total it. Good luck.

Sorry to hear. If the insurance totals the car don’t they just pay you out and they get the vehicle which is typically sold at auction?

Which has zero to do with the condition of the vehicle that hit him. Not the vehicle occupants mind you, my comment was directed solely at the vehicle itself.
Mine was directed at occupant and car, probably should have been more specific.

Update. Online Allstate adjuster gave me a ridiculous estimate of $3100 for the repair. I took it to a local repair shop and they laughed. They will be submitting a sizeable supplement to the estimate. Repair shop deemed it undriveable with spare tire pressed up against the exhaust, broken shock mounts, and frame bends. There will be more to this story as they begin determining parts availability and timing. I can't imagine that finding a new frame (Alabama law to avoid salvage title) for a 2019 extended cab Raptor is going to be easy.
