195 to 220 is normal for any CHT under normal driving conditions be it a Ford or Chevy. I wouldn't be concerned

I ran my stock truck at TRR17 most of the day Saturday, and it was over 100 degrees all day. If it got heat soaked the power loss wasn't substantial enough for me to notice it. Nothing overheated.

Bringing this back up...

Got a 2020 802A SCREW and noticed over the last couple weeks my cylinder head temps are consistently running 230-240* cruising down the highway with minimal throttle input at 80mph. Vehicle isn't overheating. The inlet air temp is +100* because I'm in San Antonio and it's summer.

Should I be concerned?

You are confusing cylinder head temperature with Engine coolant temperature (ECT). They are two completely different things.

CHT is not located in a coolant passage; it is literally the temperature of the cylinder head. It is normal for CHT to be much higher than ECT; it will change based on load. ECT is your actual coolant temperature.

Where is the cylinder head temp measured at and how?

Yes using the screen in the dash to see this data. 802A

I should have worded my OP better. About the lowest it daily drives at is 220. 225 to 230 is very normal for me to see. That is hot.

My daily driven TT5.0 runs at 198CHT. It makes 3x the power of the 3.5EB
I know this is an old thread but I’m calling BS on a daily driven 1350 hp anything.

That’s what I’d like to know. That’s what is concerning is that a few posts early on mention CHT to be normal up to 220* but I’m seeing greater than 240*... I know this isn’t the same as coolant temp , I was making it clear that the vehicle wasn’t overheating or popping any CEL’s. I just don’t know the how it’s obtaining that measurement or from where. Hoping someone here might be able to explain
