I am in San Diego and that would be great buy in this market. I say do it. Then hopefully roll it into a new Gen 3. I dont think you can loose on that as long as the Carfax is clean and everything else checks out.

Expect a depreciation much lower than you would expect. I lost $7k in 4 months according to the stealership I purchased my 2019 w/ sunroof.
