ive done quite a few cosmetic upgrades and lighting upgrades and now want to boost my performance in the 600 plus range. Would you all suggest the Rousch? As that is where I am leaning at the moment?

I just did the MPT tune on my 2018. It gives ballpark 100+HP and 90+ TQ. Really simple install for all in about $700. Great bang for the buck

I love my MPT tune my only problem with the tune was hard shifting and it was corrected by MPT and I love it.
I have my turbo adapters on the truck although no numbers for added horsepower form the SPD TA and TS but I did notice the difference on the lower RPM's the truck feels way lighter and responsive.

I will be soon adding a Cobb FMIC and a SPD down-pipe at least if I did not achieve any increase in numbers I will have a better quality of horsepower.

I installed a complete COBB Stage II kit, plus Turbo Adapters, Plus a new CatBack exhaust system from Corsa with the resonator deleted in exchange for an X-Pipe. It's amazing how this truck has woken up. So much so in fact that I also added 20" flow forged wheels and 6 piston front/4 piston rear Big Brake kit from R1 Concepts.

It hauls ass like a much much lighter vehicle, more car like actually, and with the brakes it also comes to a halt very quickly. I'm happy with the money I invested, and I get a compliment every other day on the look, sound, etc. of my truck.

Given the published dyno results from COBB,,plus the adapters and exhaust, I think that I am definitely in the 600HP range. Frankly, it's stupid fast, but I love it!

Any issues with reliability? Do you even bother with the dealer anymore for warranty work?

I think the biggest initial power gains would be had w/ a tune, colder plugs, downpipes, & bigger intercooler.

Based on my research doesn’t seem like much power to be gained by swapping intake/catback, if you have a reputable tuner close by where you could get a custom dyno tune that would be ideal- most are going w/ handheld downloadable tunes.

A catch can or CAI can void your warranty just as easily as a tune- probably more so since it’s readily visible & w/ the catch can involves altering stock parts. Anything CAN void your warranty within reason depends what the problem is & what your dealer is like. I’ve had many modded vehicles & have brought them in for engine & tranny warranty work in the past & I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue - this is mainly w/ GM vehicles, but worth noting.

I have an extended warranty on my truck & have put on 11k miles thus far w/o issue- I’m probably going to pull trigger on tune in near future- wanted to put some miles on it before doing anything major.

Whatever you do, I personally wouldn’t bother w/ a “tune” that doesn’t address the transmission. Maybe it’s a Ford thing, but as far as I’m concerned in an automatic vehicle- especially one w/ a ******** TEN speed- there’s no way you’re tapping into the full potential of the truck/tune w/o touching the tranny- & I would bet The majority of the time all else being equal a truck that dynos on the lower end but has tranny tuning will be faster than one that makes more power but keeps the stock shifting parameters.
