2014 Ford Raptor (Roush)

Good day! Im MOS from Doha Qatar. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor Roush from the US and I exported it to Qatar. The GPS is not working here as it is a different region. Is there anyway way to convert it?
Also the Radio is not compatible with the region as well. Please do guide me on how to solve these 2 issues.
