2014 Fab fours bumper led issues

Greetings,

Updated my fab fours premium bumper on my raptor, my turn signal only wants to turn on when locking the vehicle, and it tries to turn on when unlocking but no dice. It doesnt stay on with the marker lights or turn signals.
Any thoughts? Its three wires, Ive confirmed the ground is correct, even trying the other two wires yields the same results.

If anyone is interested it looks like an led issue, I put a resistor on one of the lights and now I have turn signals. Would the forscan mod fix this?
